A man from Morton, near Gainsborough, has been banned from driving for one year after he failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis without reasonable excuse to do so.

Peter Stanton, 63, of Front Street, Morton, was also fined £190 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates Court.
