Man sent to crown court

A WORKSOP man accused of growing cannabis at his home will have his case dealt with at Nottingham Crown Court.

Philip Gerald Hogan, 58, of Holding, Worksop, appeared at Worksop Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where he entered no plea to the charge.

On 22nd June this year police searched his property and found nearly 1.5kg of Class B drug, cannabis.

Hogan will appear again at Notts Crown Court on 2nd February. He was released on unconditional bail.
