A man was ordered to pay £170 after he failed to meet his insurance requirements on a vehicle.

Chesterfield magistrates’ court heard on Wednesday, November 9, how Alan Hall, 43, of Villas Road, Bolsover, pleaded guilty to failing to meet his insurance requirements on a vehicle.

Hall told the court that he is a carer for his mum and he is on benefits and has not worked for ten or eleven years.
