A 17-YEAR-OLD trampolinist who was airlifted to Nottingham after an awkward fall has been discharged without any injuries.
The teenager was at a training session of Bassetlaw Trampolining Club when she fell on her back at about 7pm on Wednesday.
Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance landed at Worksop College, where the group train, and took her to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham.
Ray Bevan, coach at the Bassetlaw Trampolining Club, explained that the ambulance was called as a 'precautionary measure'.
"We didn't want to take any risks and she had landed awkwardly," he said.
"But she was discharged from hospital later on Wednesday evening and is absolutely fine."
