Danny Wilson, 46, of Queen Street, Worksop, was given the order following a conviction for being drunk and disorderly.

He has previously been made subject of a two year anti-social behaviour order.

The new order was imposed by Nottingham Magistrates’ Court this month with the aim of breaking a cycle of behaviour which regularly sees Wilson in Worksop town centre in a drunken state or under the influence of psychoactive substances.

The order means Wilson risks a potential prison sentence if he breaks the conditions. The terms of the order state Wilson must not:

Be drunk in Worksop town centre

Be in the company of six named people in Worksop town centre

Be in possession of an open vessel of alcohol in Worksop town centre

Be in possession of a “legal high” including Black Mamba

Approach people to ask for money in Worksop town centre

Enter a prescribed area within Worksop town centre

Neil Bellamy, district commander for Bassetlaw, said:“Wilson will be known to many in the town, having been responsible for a great deal of anti-social behaviour in Worksop in recent years.

“The criminal behaviour orders have been put in place in an effort to improve the lives of people in Worksop.

“We would ask anyone in Worksop who witnesses any of the terms of these orders being breached to call us on 101 so such breaches can be acted upon and brought to the attention of the courts.”
