VIOLENCE

Jason Burnige, 43, of Wellington Street, Retford. Assaulted a man and a woman by beating them. Community order made with unpaid work requirement. Defendant must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £300 in court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Daniel Storey, 22, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a man by beating him. Discharged conditonally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Adam Smith, 30, of Ollerton Road, Retford. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 24 months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £115.

Joseph Burridge, 25, of Farm View Road, Kirkby, admitted assaulting a male and was given a community order with 16 weeks’ electronic tag curfew, made to pay £150 compensation and £165 in costs.

James Francis, 25, of Clumber Street, Warsop, admitted assaulting a female on Clumber Street in Warsop and damaging a fence. He was given a two-year conditional discharge and made to pay £105 in costs.

THEFT

Mark Taylor, 31, of Cavendish Road, Worksop. Stole red diesel to the value of £150. Stole metal oil waste containers to the value of £20. Also drove a car while disqualified from driving without insurance. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Curfew requirement made with electronic tagging. Driving record endorsed with six point.Ordered to pay £150 in compensation.

Michael Bean, 32, of No Fixed Address. Stole alcohol, to the value of £198, belonging to Aldi in Ollerton. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for one year. Also ordered to pay £198 in compensation.

Lee Simrok, 34, of no fixed address, admitted entering a property on Bell View, Mansfield, with an intention to steal and dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely two passports. He was jailed for 70 days and made to pay £115 in costs.

Steven Crawford, 30, of Hall Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing two sets of headphones from Tesco in Mansfield and was given a community order with a six-month alcohol treatment and made to pay £165 in costs.

BREACH

Eifion Watson, 21, of Stilwell Gardens, Worksop. Without reasonable excuse, was in the beer garden of The Waterhouse pub in Worksop which he was prohibited from entering under a criminal behaviour order. Community order made with unpaid work requirement- defendant must carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. Must also pay a £60 victim surcharge.

Luke Barnett, 23, of Kilton Glade, Worksop. Without reasonable excuse, contacted a woman both in person and by mobile phone when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Must also pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Lee Goody, aged 29, of no fixed address, admitted failing to adhere to a supervision order and attempting to steal light fittings. He was jailed for 56 days and made to pay £115 in costs.

Donna Hawkins, 35, of Welbeck Street, Mansfield, admitting failing to adhere to a community order she was handed for two counts of assault and trying to enter a property she had been prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order. She also admitted stealing vodka worth £20 from Asda in Ollerton and being drunk and disorderly on Mansfield’s Radford Street. She was jailed for 20 weeks and made to pay £80 in costs.

MOTORING

Darren Stocken, 39, of Clinton Street, Worksop. Speeding. Driving record endorsed with three points. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £25 victim surcharge.

Adrian Ursu, 27, of The Pines, Worksop. Speeding. Driving record endorsed with three points. Fined £150. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge.

Kelly Pepperday, 21, of The Hayfields, Rainworth, admitted having 100 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath while behind the wheel of a Fiat Punto. The legal limit is 35mcg. She also admitted assaulting another female and two males and was handed a community order, made to pay £100 compensation, banned from driving for 24 months and made to pay £100 in costs.

DAMAGE

Leanne Darlington, 31, of Potter Street, Worksop. Without lawful excuse, damaged a Renault Clio to a value unknown. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £150 in compensation, £45 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
