EMMERDALE star Lucy Pargeter has signed up to support Safe@Last's two-day summer music spectacular.
The local soap favourite is calling on Yorkshire folk to dig out their wellies and secure tickets to the fundraising gig in Maltby this July.
"Safe@Last does so much incredible work for young people in South Yorkshire," said Lucy, who plays Chastity Dingle. "I feel it is important that we all do what we can to support them."
"I think of how privileged I was as a teenager, I always had a safe place to escape to but so many others don't."
The concert - in aid of the Dinnington young runaways cause - will be held at stately home Sandbeck Park, residence to the Earl and Countess of Scarbrough.
About 20,000 concert-goers will see the Queen: Rock and Symphonic Spectacular, featuring a 60-piece orchestra from the West End hit We Will Rock You. And a yet-to-be-announced chart-topping act will perform on the second day.
"I can't wait," added Lucy, "The Queen spectacular will be amazing, you just can't help but sing along to all their classics."
"I have no doubt its going to be an unforgettable weekend, so make sure you don't miss out."
Charity founder Hilary Massarella said: "The support we have received in Yorkshire has been phenomenal."
"The weekend will be packed with exceptional music in beautiful surroundings. It serves as a great weekend out with the family or with a group of friends, and really does cater for all."
"It's the first concert of its kind in the area and we want to ensure it's a huge success."
