DISORDER

James Peart, 30, of Churchgate, Retford. Had with him in a public place, namely Retford town centre, a public weapon, namely a baseball bat. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Krzyztof Wisniewski, 39, of No Fixed Address. In Worksop town centre, used threatening , abusive or insulting words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harrassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

ASSAULT

Brian Close, 44, of Northumbria Close, Worksop. Assaulted a man. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Must also pay £200 in compensation.

Daniel Peacock, 33, of Hardwick Road East, Worksop. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Without lawful excuse, also destroyed an iPhone to the value of £600 belonging to her. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £500 in court costs and an £80 victim surcharge.

Anthony Hall, 37, of Wharfedale, Worksop. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £240. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Gary Jordan, 55, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a man. Ordered to pay £500 in compensation.

MOTORING

Darren Hancock, 27, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Drink driving. Drove a car, namely a Vauxhall Zafira, on Bridge Place after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his blood, namely 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. Committed to prison for two weeks suspended for 24 months. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 court costs.

Sam Black, 21, of Dove Croft, Ollerton. Drink driving. Drove a car, namely a Renault Clio, on Walesby Lane after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it his breath, namely 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. Disqualified from driving or 18 months. Fined £190. Also ordered to pay £80 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Remiguisz Rejman, 30, of Ackford Drive, Worksop. Used a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, on Retford Road without due care and attention or with an insurance policy in place. Disqualified from driving for three months. Fined £120. Must also pay court costs of £45 and a £20 victim surcharge.

BREACH

Carl Richardson, 37. of Ely Close, Worksop. Failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from a period imprisonment by failing to attend to appointments. Entered a specific area of Worksop while prohibited from doing so under an anti-social behaviour injunction. Must serve 21 days in prison.

THEFT

Richard Frost, 41, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Stole razors, to the value of £375, belonging to Wilkinson’s. Was in the Priory Shopping Centre at the time when prohibited from being so by a criminal behaviour order. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Also ordered to pay £375 in compensation.

DAMAGE

Lee Pressley, 44, of Welbeck Street, Creswell. Damaged fixtures, fittings and appliances to a value unknown. Committed to prison for 18 weeks. Also ordered to pay £500 in compensation.

OTHER

Chloe Dykes, 24, of Devonshire Street, Worksop. Concealed or disguised a quantity of cash that arose from a fraud by misrepresentation. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay compensation of £1,500.

Ian Heeley, 28, of Devonshire Street, Worksop. Concealed or disguised a quantity of cash that arose from a fraud by misrepresentation. Community order made with 200 hours of unpaid work. Must also pay £1,500 in compensation.
