The following people have recently appeared before the courts in Worksop, Rotherham and Mansfield.

DAMAGE

Carol Campbell, 47, of Headland Avenue, Retford. Caused £1,716.73 worth of damage to a BMW. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £700.

Daniel Smith, 22, of Portland Road, Retford. Damaged car lights to the value of £95.39, intending to destroy or damage the property. Community order made with supervision requirement. Must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay compensation of £95.39 and a victim surcharge of £60.

THEFT

Billy Whyte, 19, of Gladstone Street, Worksop. Shoplifting- stole speakers from a supermarket. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £39.99.

Mark Brown, 39, of Grange Road, Retford. Stole cash to the value of £300. Fined £335. Also ordered to pay compensation of £300, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

Brian Fagan, 41, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Shoplifting. Stole six packets of steak worth £52. Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Michelle Jordan, 33, of Stonecrass Court, Mansfield. Entered a building as a trespasser and stole electrical cable. Committed to prison for two months suspended for two years. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Danielle Kirk, 25, of Forest Lane, Worksop. Stole cash to the value of £170. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Shaun Stanney, 18, of Windsor Road, Mansfield. Stole a push bike to the value of £180. Community order made with curfew requirement for two months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Adrian Pye, 29, of Forest Road, Mansfield. Assault by beating. Jailed for eight weeks and given restraining order.

Emmalene Nicholls, 36, The Rodery, Mansfield. Assaulted a police officer. Fined £450, ordered to pay £50 compensation, victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85.

Mitchell Gray (19), no fixed abode. Stole copper piping. Jailed for 12 weeks.

Naomi Toor, 28, of Main Street, Sutton. Stole 14 Yankee Candles worth £264 belonging to Beales Stores. Jailed for four weeks.

BREACH

Andrew Smith, 43, of Low Town Street, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months with six week curfew requirement.

Tina Fokes, 39, of Acacia Court, Forest Town. Failed to attend Mansfield Magistrates’ Court, Made to complete nine sessions of the Women’s Group.

MOTORING

Ryan Rodgers, 26, of Shepherd’s Avenue, Worksop. Driving dangerously without insurance. Banned from driving for 12 months. Community order made, 180 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ASSAULT

Jade Wiser, 27, of Morven Street, Creswell. Assaulted a man by beating him and damaged a television belonging to him. Community order made with supervision requirement and restraining order. Also fined £50, ordered to pay compensation of £400 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Other

Dee Devine, age not specified, of Holly Road, Retford. Benefit fraud. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay court costs of £180 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Lee Walker, 40, of Fiskerton Court, Mansfield. Dishonestly received stolen goods to the value of £425. Community order made with supervision requirement. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £100.

Christopher Burgess, of Southwell Road East, Mansfield. No TV license. Fined £60. Also ordered to pay court costs of £60 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Joel Wright, 24 of Grosvenor Place, Sutton. Found in possession of a knuckle-duster. Given three-month curfew. between 8pm-7am.
