Ian Brammer, 42, of Chatsworth Court, Bircotes: Possession of a Class B drug. Community order made to remain under curfew at home address from 8pm to 5am seven nights a week for three months until 26th September. Ordered to pay £80 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Alcohol

Shareen Thompson, 44, of Sandy Lane, Worksop: Drunk and disorderly in a public place. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Breach

Jordan Challinor, 20, of Sherwood Road, Harworth: Failed to comply with community order. Fined £25, ordered to pay £75 costs.

Chantelle Dainty, 29, of Queen Street, Worksop: Failed to comply with community order. Sentenced to 14 days imprisonment, suspended for two months.

Motoring

Andrew Shepherd, 24, of Dove Croft, New Ollerton: Drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fined £300, ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Georgina Brigham, 20, of Warwick Avenue, Carlton-in-Lindrick: Driving without insurance. Fined £100, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.

Bradley Smithson, 21, of Bawtry Road, Everton: Drink driving and driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £380, ordered to pay £85 costs and £38 victim surcharge.

Daniel McCallum, 24, of Kilton Glade, Worksop: Driving without due care and attention. Disqualified from driving for six months,. Fined £320, ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

Malgorzata Brzezinska, 34, of Francis Chichester Walk, Gainsborough: Speeding. Fined £80, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

Theft

Gemma Kinsella, 32, of Tranker Lane, Rhodesia: Stole men’s razors and shoes and air fresheners. Sentenced to 74 days imprisonment.

Andrew Green, 40, of Northwood, Worksop: Stole power drill and sausages, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another person, thereby causing that person harassment, alarm or distress, Sentenced to four weeks imprisonment.

Fraud

Annouska McQuade-Blogg, 35, of Birkdale Square, Gainsborough: Failed to notifiy Basetlaw Council of change in circumstances and claimed benefits to which you were not entitled. Fined £300, ordered to pay £290 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Threat

Eifion Watson, 20, of Newcastle Avenue, Worksop: Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another person, thereby causing that person harassment, alarm or distress.

Causing a person to believe violence would be used against them. Sentenced to eight weeks in a young offenders’ institution.

Carly Qualters, 24, of Lanchester Gardens, Worksop: Failed to surrender to custody. Fined £40, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

Andrea Vickers, 40, of Waverley Place, Worksop: Failed to control dog, allowing it to trespass and injured another person. Community order made to carry out 140 hours of supervised unpaid work. Ordered to pay £150 compensation. £100 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Lee Blacklock, of Yeoman Close, Worksop: Failed to ensure child regularly attended school. Fined £50, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

Theresa Churm, of Yeoman Close, Worksop: Failed to ensure child regularly attended school. Fined £100, ordered to pay £40 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Mark Jevons, 38, of Mellish Road, Langold: Failed to ensure child regularly attended school. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £50 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
