UDM trial: Jury sworn in

The jury has been sworn in in the trial of two men accused of stealing almost £150,000 from a charity that ran a care home for sick and elderly miners.

Neil Greatrex and Mick Stevens, both 60, are accused of 14 counts of theft between June 2000 and May 2006.

The jury of eight men and four women was sworn in at Notts Crown Court today (Monday).

Greatrex of Shepherds Lane, Sutton-in-Ashfield and Stevens of Maylodge Drive, Rufford Park, Newark, deny all of the charges.
