Nicholas Steven Hall, 32, of Beaumont Fee, Lincoln. Stole a flat screen televison. Fined £75, £20 victim surcharge and detained in the courthouse.

DAMAGE

T J Paul Martin, 29, of Dawson Close, Lincoln. Damaged concrete slabs, bedding plants and solar lights. Fined £55, £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

DRUGS

Paul Denis Bedford, 34, of Kenner Close, Lincoln. Found in possession of cannabis, diamorphine and amphetamine. Community order made, £60 victim surcharge, £40 costs and drugs forfeited and destroyed.

MOTORING

Mark Denton, 31, of Larchwood Crescent, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle exceeding the 70 mph speed limit. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge and licence endorsed with three points.

Alison Anita Morgan, 44, of Wellington Street, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle exceeding the 30mph speed limit. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge and licence endorsed with three points.

Liam Jake Cross, 23, of Cleveland Street, Gainsborough. Used threatening or abusive words or behaviour, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £55, £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Joseph Peter Wood, 23, of Fontwell Crescent, Lincoln. Used threatening or abusive words or behaviour, which led people to believe unlawlful violence would be used against them. Fined £400, £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Richard Charles Roberts, 34, of Pilham Court, Gainsborough. Application to amend requirements of community order. Programme requirement removed from community order.
