Police are asking people to look out for the unique pair of continental life-sized carved oak character faces, valued at around £350.

Thieves are thought to have struck on Friday 21st March between 10am and 3pm at Hemswell Antiques, based at Aaron Road, Caenby Corner Estate in Hemswell Cliff.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious around the time of the incident, or has any other information is asked to contact PC 1152 Graves at Lincolnshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 249 of 23rd March 2014.
