Fire crews from Worksop were called to put out a car fire last night (Saturday, September 24).

A child has been rescued by fire crews after becoming stuck on the roof of a Sunderland sports complex.

A child has been rescued by fire crews after becoming stuck on the roof of a Sunderland sports complex.

They were called to Lanchester Gardens at around 11.30pm.

Two breathing apparatus and two hose reels were used.
