Driver refused to take a breath test
A Gainsborough man has been banned from driving for 20 months after he failed to provide a specimen of breath without reasonable excuse to do so .
David Brown, 51, of Ashcroft Road, Gainsborough, was also fined £200, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He pleaded guilty at Lincolnshire Magistrates Court.
