Derbyshire police hunt ‘man dressed in camo’ after cat killed in shooting

A cat died after being shot by an air weapon in Clowne.

Police are now looking to trace a man wearing camouflage clothing, including a camo hat who was seen in the area at the time of the incident.

Officers were called to Slaley Lane, following reports that a cat had been shot.

The incident happened at around 4.25pm on Thursday, November 20.

The cat died instantly.

Police are searching for a man who was seen in the area described as white, around 6ft tall and of big build.

He wore spoke with a deep voice.
