Flasher hunted by police

Police investigating a report of indecent exposure in the village of Cromwell, near Tuxford, are appealing for assistance from the public.

A man described as white, around 5ft 10ins tall, or large build and balding with grey hair on the sides of his head, exposed himself to two girls as they walked along a bridleway behind a caravan park in the village at around 10am on Thursday, July 23.

The man approached the girls from the direction of the railway gate and exposed himself before running off across the railway lane and an adjacent field.

Police would like to speak to anyone who recognises the description of the man or who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area on Thursday morning.
