A DRINK driver who was caught weaving dangerously along an Edwinstowe lane was more than three times over the legal limit.
David Rigley, 31, of Talbot Street, Mansfield, was disqualified for two years by Worksop Magistrates.
When stopped on 8th July, police took a breath reading of 108mcgs alcohol in 100mls of breath.
Prosecuting, Kate Beardmore said officers saw the car weaving along Mill Lane and straddling the line.
Defending, Maria Moore said Rigley had been out with his parents to celebrate his wedding the next day.
Mrs Moore said wedding nerves led to an argument with his father and he decided to drive home.
Rigley was banned for two years, given a 12 month community order with 100 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £100 court costs.
