THEFT

Darren Lyons, 34, Essex Road, Bircotes. Stole Haribo Tangfastics to the value of £1.12 from One Stop in Bircotes. Conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £1.12 compensation, £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Albert James Pressley, 37, Queen Street, Worksop. Stole coffee from One Stop worth £46, stole washing up liquid from Wilkinsons worth £12, stole Ariel Liquitabs from Wilkinsons worth £21, stole meat products from One Stop worth £49.25. Prison sentence of five weeks per offence, total sentence of 20 weeks.

Anthony Lee Watson, 34, Queen Street, Worksop. On two occasions stole meat products of unknown value from Sainsbury’s. Prison sentence of eight weeks per offence, total sentence of 16 weeks.

MOTORING

Andrew Ian White, 25, Hardwick Road East, Worksop. Driving a vehicle on Willow Holt, Retford, whilst unfit to drive through drugs, without insurance or the correct licence, possession of cannabis. Prison sentence for 120 days suspended for a year and disqualified from driving for a year. Curfew imposed between the hours of 7pm and 7am for four months, and ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work in the next year. Ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

Raymond James Gavin, 51, Maple Close, Tuxford. Driving under the influence of excess alcohol. Disqualified from driving for one year, fined £400 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

Lauren Louise Ledsham, 23, Bramble Close, North Leverton. Exceeding the speed limit on the A631. Licence endorsed with three penalty points, fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
