Martyn Hart, 35, of Queen’s Street, Worksop. Stole five glazed pots to the value of £30, belonging to a hardware store. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Michael Patrick Linford, 29, of Newcastle Street, Mansfield Woodhouse. Stole wo bottles of wine worth £10 from One Stop, wine from Tesco and cans of lager from One Stop. Committed to jail for 16 weeks, made to pay £80 surcharge. A criminal behaviour order was imposed for two years.

Rachel Kowalski, 40, of Hanbury Court, Mansfield. Admitted stealing various items from Tesco worth £33. She was conditionally discharged, told to pay costs of £85 and a £15 surcharge.

Hayden Rivers, 36, of Nesbitt Street, Sutton. Stole a bluetooth speaker, to the value of £19.99, belonging to HMV. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutive to an activated suspended sentence. Also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Robert Brammer, 44, of Station Road, Retford. Drove a motor vehicle after being disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Committed to prison for sixteen weeks. Banned from driving for 18 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Jason Peacock, 18, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Drove without insurance. Driving record endorsed with seven points. Fined £110. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Darren Wood, 46, of Laburnum Road, Maltby. Drove without a seatbelt. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Stephanie Martindale, 50, of All Saints Meadows, Dinnington. Speeding. Driving record endorsed with four points. Fined £300. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Robert Butcher, 66, Mallatratt Place, Mansfield. Speeding. Driving record endorsed with three points. Fined £50. Also ordered to pay court costs of £60 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Amanda Cotman, 34, of Whaley Bridge Close, Mansfield. Driving record endorsed with three points. Fined £35. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Michelle Sharpe, 44, of Mansfield Road, M ansfield. Speeding. Driving record endorsed with three points. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay £85 court cost and a £60 victim surcharge.

Lee Graham Richards, 42, of Harcourt Street, Mansfield. Found guilty after a trial of driving while unfit through drugs. He was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £165, told to pay £200 costs and a £20 surcharge.

Jonathan Priest, 25, of Keswick Road, Worksop. Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person that immediate unlawful viokence would be used against him. Community order made with three month curfew requirement. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

ASSAULT

Daniel Lee John Platts, 19, of High Hazels Drive, Sutton. Admitted assaulting another male and was given a 26-week jail term suspended for 12 months. He was also made to pay £250 compensation to the victim.

Liam Bradford, 21, of Clinton Street, Worksop. Attended a street in Rhodesia when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Committed to prison for sixteen weeks.

Matthew Morris, 44, of Watson Road, Worksop. Entered a pub as a trespasser and stole a handbag to the value of £500. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. Also ordered to pay £500 compensation.

David Hancock, 26, of Silverdale Close, Retford. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order imposed after defendant stole 48 cans of beer to the value of £47.32. Committed to prison for four weeks.

Blake Johnstone, 18, of Barn Close, Worksop. Destroyed a car door mirror to the value of £250 intending to destroy of damage such property. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £250 compensation.
