Motoring

Adrian Phillips, 53, of Sunnyside Close, North Anston. Drink driving. Breath test recorded 113mcgs alcohol in 100mls breath, above legal limit of 35mcgs. Three year driving ban. Three month community order and 12 week tagged curfew between 8pm - 6am. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Andrew MacDonald, 38, of Scampton Road, Worksop. Drove on the M1 at a speed exceeding the temporary limit of 50mph. Fined £40, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Alison Claire Parsons, 41, of Tiln Road, Retford. Drove on Leverton Road over the 30mph speed limit. Fined £150, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Maxwell Edward Howard, 54, of Hodsock, Worksop.

Drove on the A614 over the 50mph speed limit. Fined £200, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Beau Bailey, 23, of Hoyland Street, Maltby. Failed to send registration document to the Secretary of State relating to the transfer of ownership of a large good vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle. Case proven in absence. Fined £200, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £90 court costs.

Peter Jenkinson, 48, of Coleridge Road, Maltby. Kept large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle on a public road, after declaring a SORN that it would not be used on a public road. Case proved in absence. Fined £400, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £58.34 and court costs £90.

Theft

Jonathon McGrath, 25, of Radford Street, Worksop. Stole razor blades worth £91 from ASDA. Stole meat worth £46 from Sainsbury’s. Committed an offence while subject to a suspended sentence. Sent to prison for 18 weeks.

Carl Richardson, 34, of Furnival Street, Worksop. Stole nightwear worth £70 from Matalan. Sent to prison for eight weeks.

Drugs

Frederick Archer, 58, of Harewood Court, Bircotes. Bought a high powered air rifle without possessing the relevant firearm certificate. Possession of cannabis. Community order for 12 months. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Must forfeit gun and drugs.

Criminal damage

Daniel Dale Smith, 21, of Portland Street, Retford. Damaged a car to the value of £151.25. Committed an offence while subject to a suspended sentence for assault. Community order for 12 months. Tagged curfew for 12 months from 7pm - 7am. Ordered to pay £151.25. Fined £50.

Darren Leonard Morley, 47, of Queen Street, Worksop. Broke conditions of an anti-social behaviour order by entering Worksop town centre and remaining on Bridge Street. Fined £50, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.
