Drugs

Clare Louise Hattel, 28, The Croft, Worksop. Possession of amphetamine and diamorphine. Stole household goods to the value of £44.27 from Wilkinsons, Worksop, air fresheners to the value of £63 from Sainsburys, Worksop, and vehicle equipment worth £140 from Halfrods, Worksop. Prison sentence of eight weeks consecutive for each theft and four weeks concurrent for drugs offences. Total sentence of 28 weeks.

Joshue Robert Thomas Boucher, 22, Markham Place, Mansfield. Production of cannabis. Ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work in the community, and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

order BREACH

Andrew Ian White, 25, Hardwick Road East, Worksop. Failed to comply with community ordered imposed for possession of cannabis, driving a vehicle whilst under the influence of drugs, and agravated vehicle taking and damage. Prison sentence of 120 days days suspended for 12 months, and ordered to complete an additional 20 hours of unpaid work in the community.

ASSAULT

Levi James Dwyer, 18, Rotherham Baulk, Carlton-in-Lindrick. Assaulted a man in Worksop. Community order imposed for three months with electronically monitored curfew between 7pm and 7am. Ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

Scott Yates, 32, Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a man in Retford. Ordered to pay £150 compensation, £70 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

MOTORING

Piotr Dariusz Szatkowski, 39, Kingston Road, Carlton-in-Lindrick. Driving while disqualified and without insurance. Ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work in the community within 12 months and ordered to pay £85 court costs.

Luke Adam Pywell, 26, Clarence Road, Worksop. Driving without an appropriate licence or insurance, driving while usign a mobile phone. Licence endorsed with eight penalty points and disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

THEFT

Benjamin Thomas Hodge, 20, Portland Meadows, Sutton, Retford. Stole miscellaneous items to the value of £25.63 from Marrisons in Retford. Ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work in the community within 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £25.63 and £60 court costs.

Jamie Colin Oliver Hattel, 26, The Croft, Worksop.Stole air fresheners to the value of £63 from Sainsburys, Worksop, and soft drink of unknown value from Aldi, Worksop. Prison sentence of eight weeks per theft, total sentence 16 weeks. Ordered to pay compensation of £31.50, £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £80.
