At the last meeting, discussions: Brian Cox; the next Sky at Night programme; a new radio telescope in China; the end of Rosetta. Observations: Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.
Visibilities: Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. The main event was a talk by Peter Whyles on “Earth Seen from Space”. The next meeting is at Gateford Park Primary School on Wednesday, July 20, at 7.50pm to 10pm, admission free.
