Bassetlaw councillors have given the green light for a cancer charity to move into the old Worksop Library Building.

Cabinet members voted in favour at Tuesday night’s council meeting to give the Aurora Wellbeing Charity a 25-year lease on the original 1930s building.

The charity, which currently runs centres at hospitals in Doncaster and Mexborough, said it was delighted with the news.
