Bell tolls for good cause

Guests were treated to a four-course meal with a bubbly reception before being entertained by the Steve Love band and Ben Matthews disco.

Fundraiser Sally Richardson turned auctioneer for the evening auctioning lots as diverse as signed footballs to weed-free driveways for a year.

Said Sally: “Thanks must go to the Bell’s staff who ran the event so well as always and also to all who attended and gave so generously to the cause.”

The next fun event to take place at the old library building is a Santa dash, grotto and Christmas market which starts at 10am on Saturday 1st December.
