THEFT

Ami Louise Downs, 27, Newgate Street, Worksop. Used stolen credit card, handled stolen credit card and laptop computer. Community order including supervision and drug rehabilitation, victim surcharge £60, costs £40.

Shirley Storer, 31, Grove Road, Church Warsop. Stole three packs of washing tablets to the value of £12.15 belonging to Best One. Community order made with supervision requirement. Pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Robert Paul Duke, 31, Station Road, Dinnington. Stole laptop, computer consoles, and games to the value of £1008.79. Committed fraud by trying to sell some of the items. 26 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, drug rehabilitation requirement, costs £85, victim surcharge £80.

MOTORING

Krzysztof Piotr Trybuchowski, 30, Birkdale, Worksop. Drink driving. Driving ban 18 months, licence endorsed, fined £160, victim surcharge £20, £85 costs.

Christopher Timothy Marsden, 22, Sutton Lane, Sutton, Retford. Drink driving. Driving ban three years, licence endorsed, fined £250, victim surcharge £15, costs £85.

Denzil Hall, 52, Swan’s Quay, Retford. Drink driving. Driving ban 16 months, licence endorsed, fined £400, victim surcharge £40, costs £85.

Paul Andrew Winter, 24, Stubbing lane, Worksop. Drive without due care and attention, and failed to display number plates correctly. Licence endorsed, fined £250, victim surcharge £20, costs £85.

Mark Riley, 47, Alexander Drive, Worksop. Drink driving. Driving ban two years, community order, two week curfew between 9pm and 7am, victim surcharge £60, costs £85.

Luke Harmon, 24, Greendale Crescent, Clipstone Village. Drove while over the legal drink-drive limit. Committed to prison for 84 days suspended for 12 months. Supervision requirement. Pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding a licence for 48 months.

Wayne Anderson, 45, Maypole Road, Wellow. Drove a motor vehicle on a restricted road at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £200, victim surcharge £15 and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

David Pencott, 29, Suffolk Avenue, Bircotes. Possession of a knife in a public place. Contacted a person when there was an order in place preventing him from doing so. Prison sentence for 12 weeks suspended for two years, restraining order, compensation £100, victim surcharge £80.
