Banned driver got behind the wheel
A man who was driving while disqualified from holding a licence has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Jamie Toyne, 24, of Elsham Walk, Gainsborough, has been committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
