The Lord Lieutenant for Nottinghamshire is looking for people celebrating a 60th anniversary this year to join in the Jubilee celebrations.
As part of their regional tour to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee, the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh will be visiting Nottingham on Wednesday 13th June.
Anyone celebrating a 60th event during the Diamond Jubilee year can apply, including companies who started off in business 60 years ago, diamond wedding anniversaries, or from those born on Accession Day.
The applications will go into a ballot and the successful ones will be invited to join a group who will meet the Royal couple.
Applications, along with the relevant copies of birth or marriage certificates, should be sent to Gaynor Brown, Clerk to the Lieutenancy for Nottinghamshire, 23 Beckingthorpe Drive, Bottesford, Notts, NG13 0DN.
