IT'S the big Bonfire Night spectacular this weekend as hundreds of families set out in search of fireworks fun.
Here's the rundown of the big public events in our region:
SATURDAY 3rd NOVEMBER
CLOWNETravellers Rest, from 7pm, there will be a fireworks display, but no bonfire
MALTBYManor Fields, Maltby Town Council Bonfire and Fireworks, including Guy competition
RETFORDCannon Park, Leverton Road, Cricket club and Retford Town FC bonfire and fireworks display, 6pm onwards
WHITWELLSocial Club, bonfire lit 6.30pm, fireworks 6.45pm
WOODSETTSRecreation Ground, Gildingwells Road, 6.30pm bonfire lit, fireworks 7pm
WORKSOPWorksop Rugby Club, 6pm start, Stubbing Lane, Worksop, including funfair, bonfire and fireworks
SUNDAY 4th NOVEMBER
RETFORDRetford Rugby Club, ordsall Road - gates open 5.30pm, bonfire lit 6.15pm, fireworks 7.15pm
MONDAY 5th NOVEMBER
BLYTHCricket Club, Sheffield Road, 6.15pm bonfire lit, fireworks 7.15pm
ANSTONParish Hall grounds, bonfire lit 7pm, fireworks 7.15pm
CRESWELLElmtree Inn, Elmton, bonfire 6.30pm, fireworks 7pm
THORPE SALVINParish Oven, bonfire 6.30pm, fireworks 7.30pm, charity event in aid of Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Bassetlaw Hospice
TUESDAY 6th NOVEMBER
ASTON-CUM-AUGHTONBurgoyne Park, Aughton Lane, from 6.30pm onwards
CLOWNENag's Head, from 6pm onwards, fireworks display and hog roast, proceeds to Ashgate Hospice
