Manton Gala will cause traffic congestion for motorists

THIS WEEKEND'S Manton Gala will cause traffic congestion, Notts Police have warned.
The gala is being held tomorrow (Saturday) and will include a procession along various Worksop roads.

Police say that there will be delays for drivers who wish to pass through Shrewsbury Road, Cheapside and Priorswell Road between 11.15am and 11.45am. Alternative routes are recommended.

The parade will end on Priorswell Road on land next to the Priory Church. The Manton Gala will commence on Priorswell Road from noon until 4pm.
