BASSETLAW MP John Mann is stepping up his campaign to stop grave staking in our cemeteries.
He says the the staking of graves deemed to be unsafe by contracted 'topple testers' is unneccessary, and is out to have them removed.

And he brands Bassetlaw Council 'over-zealous' in allowing hundreds of family graves in our area to be tied up with 'safety' stakes.

Chief reporter Claire Brown went to speak to him at Retford Road Cemetery about why he has qualified as a tester himself and what his plans are.
