A WOMAN has been charged with causing the death of Worksop teenager Jamie Fox who was killed when his motorbike collided with a car.
The popular 17-year-old died following the crash in Thurcroft on Woodhouse Green at the junction with Woodhouse Green in January this year.

Nicola Patching, 31, of Myrtle Crescent, Wickersley, did not enter a plea at the hearing at Rotherham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

She was released on unconditional bail to return to the court on 23rd September at 10am for a committal hearing to take the case to the crown court.

Tearful members of Jamie’s family packed into the public gallery at the court to hear the case, which lasted just 10 minutes.

Jamie, who lived at Kilton Hill, had been chosen as Lord Lieutenant Sea Cadet for Notts and tributes flooded into the Guardian after the crash on 25th January.
