COOKS AROUND TOWN: Simple Pancake Recipe
Make your pancakes with Worksop's Cooks Around Town. Ingredients
Ingredients
110g plain flour
pinch salt
2 eggs
200ml milk mixed with 75ml water
50g butter or 1 tbs oil
How to cook them...
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl then make a well in the centre of the flour to break the eggs into.
Whisk well.
Then slowly add small the milk and water mixture while you continue to whisk
Heat some butter or oil in a frying pan and get it nice and hot.
Spoon in a ladle full of batter and cook for a couple of minutes on each side, tossing the pancake halfway through cooking.
