Pause for Thought
Last Sunday I attended a Unity Service at St John's Church, where members of all the Christian denominations in Worksop combined to share in a prayerful, thoughtful and stimulating event.
From earliest times, different groups of Christians have held different views on a variety of subjects, but we have never differed about our main purpose – to love God and our neighbour. This love, so apparent in the joyous atmosphere of Sunday evening is open to all, whether religious or not.
