WIN tickets to see US rockers Linkin Park
US ROCK sensation Linkin Park are coming to Sheffield Arena with their brand-new UK tour and you could be one of the crowd with our fantastic reader competition.
We have teamed up with concert organisers to offer five pairs of tickets for the Minutes to Midnight show, which will storm into the arena on Friday 25th January.
Organisers have described the concert as 'not only a live sensation, but a memory for life'.
Band members include Chester Bennington (vocals), Rob Bourdon (drums), Brad Delson (guitar), Joe Hahn (DJ), Dave 'Phoenix' Farrell (bass), and Mike Shinoda (vocals).
They have earned two Grammy Awards, the first for Best Hard Rock Performance in 2002 with their hit single Crawling and the second for Best Rap/Song Collaboration with Jay-Z in 2006 for the innovative Numb/Encore.
The Minutes to Midnight tour comes a year after the band's knock-out performance at last year's Download Festival at Donington, and also follows a succesful 30-date Projekt Revolution tour of the US, supported by acts such as My Chemical Romance.
This year the band will be hitting just four venues across the UK and promise to give fans a night they will never forget.
And in keeping with the band's innovative outlook, everyone going to the Sheffield concert will have the chance to buy a Linkin Park Digi Souvenir Pack, giving fans a unique memento of the event.
As part of the pack you will receive a complete download of the show, a digital tour programme and exclusive photos capturing the night.
Linkin Park said: "We believe that the experience of a concert is so unique that we want our fans to be able to relive a piece of that special night long after the event. Technology has made it possible to keep giving our fans these important mementos."
The band has sold 40 million records worldwide since their debut in 2000, with Diamond-Certified Hybrid Theory selling 18 million copies alone.
They have also established Music For Relief in January 2005 to help aid victims of world catastrophes and combat global warming.
