Emergency first aid at work

Tuesday, December 6, 9.30am to 4.15pm, cost, £55.

A comprehensive one day course. Basic life saving first aid and workplace health and safety regulations. After completing a competency assessment successful candidates will receive an FAIB approved certificate valid for 3 years.

Lone working

Thursday, December 8, 10am to 12.30pm, cost, £35.

Half day course that looks at lone working and the implications and risks of working alone.

Dealing with difficult people

Thursday, December 8, 1.15pm to 3.45pm, cost, £35.

Half day course that looks at working with difficult people and how to respond effectively.
