YOUR Standard have teamed up with Trinity Arts Centre to offer you an exclusive Buy One Get One Free Ticket offer.

That means that from this month until 13th December you can buy one ticket at the box office and get another ticket - absolutely free!

And with a fantastic range of live shows and films on offer, the only difficult thing will be choosing which one to see.

Saturday 29th October sees Mambo Jambo acoustic roots duo Pete Jack and Frankie Banham take the audience on a whistlestop musical tour from Latin America to the Caribbean.

As well as strong vocals and harmonies, their instruments are equally varied - sax, clarinet, guitar, tres (traditional

Cuban guitar), banjo, flute, Brazilian cavaquinho or ukulele, various percussion, occasional accordion, and a suitcase!

Tickets for the 7.30pm show are priced £10, £8 concessions.

The pace steps up a gear on Saturday 19th November when the Glad All Over! A Sixties Celebration comes to the Arts Centre.

Expect a high-octane mix of rock, pop, soul and Motown classics, performed by a multi-talented cast of actors and musicians who have appeared in the West End.

Tickets for the 7.30pm show are priced £12.50, £10 concessions.

If comedy is more your thing, why not plump for The Hoot Comedy Club at 8pm on Thursday 10th November, featuring Maureen Younger and resident compere Elliot J Huntley - tickets priced £5.

Or if you want something to get you in the mood for Christmas, why not opt for Cranford at Christmas, performed by the Chapeterhouse Theatre Company on Saturday 12th November.

Deep in the frosty English countryside, chestnuts are roasting and carols are being sung as the folk of Cranford busily prepare for Christmas, bedecking each and every household with wreaths of holly and mistletoe.

But beyond this cosy hubbub of festivity, snow continues to fall and when disaster strikes, the community must unite to keep the spirit of Christmas alive.

Tickets for this tale of charity and goodwill are priced £10, £8 concessions.

There is also a full range of recent films if you missed them first time round, from One Day and Jane Eyre to Fright Night.
