Sort the heating out!

on behalf of the pensioners living in the bungalows on High Hoe Road, Bracebridge Avenue and Bracebridge, would Bernard Coleman the A1 Housing Managing Director and Don Spittlehouse another director, please put the ground source and air source heating right!

It’s like living in an ice box and these pensioners have to sit in blankets, gloves and scarves to keep warm. This is not something anyone should have to do in this day and age, it goes against people’s human rights to be treated this way.

The council have known about this problem since last Winter and these tenants don’t know what else to do.

A1 Housing say bigger units are needed to run the electric heating but that’s as far as it gets, nothing ever gets done. Let’s hope none of the people living here get hyperthermia and die. When are these people going to listen, when it’s too late!
