MACEFIELD Anthony "Tony" Violet, Gary, Karen, Andrea and Dan would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards and messages of sympathy on their sad loss of Tony. Special thanks to Rev Jane Blatherwick for the comforting service and Dr Kumar. Thank you to June and Mark of Hopkinson Funeral Services, the House of Flowers for the lovely flower arrangements and the Grey Horses for the catering. Also thank you to the staff on Ward C1 at Bassetlaw Hospital.
